Description
- Always add acid to water, never add water to concentrated acid
- TO REDUCE pH OF SWIMMING POOL WATER: Test water to determine amount of acid needed. Carefully pour acid in small quantities in several locations directly into the pool. Circulate pool water for 1-2 hours prior to retesting and possible further additions.
- TO CLEAN OR ETCH CONCRETE AND MASONRY: Dilute acid to desired strength. Rinse area with water. Apply acid with nylon brush. Rinse well with clean water. TO DESCALE PORCELAIN,
- GLAZED TILE AND TO CLEAN METAL: Mix acid with equal parts of water. Test strength on small area prior to overall application. Rinse area with water. Apply acid with nylon brush. Rinse well with clean water.
- TO REMOVE WHITE EFFLORESCENCE FROM BRICK: Mix one part acid with three parts water. Test strength on small area prior to overall application. Rinse area with water. Apply acid with nylon brush. Rinse well with clean water.
